We are calling on all members of the community to help nominate deserving recipients for the annual "Distinguished Nigerian In Nova Scotia" award.

The ideal award recipient will be a Nova Scotia resident of Nigerian descent who, by his actions and contributions, has set himself/herself apart as a good ambassador for Nigeria.
In addition, the ideal recipient has distinguished himself or herself in a chosen career and/or service to the community in such a way that has made positive, significant and meaningful contribution to the social, cultural and economic advancement of Nova Scotia in particular and Canada in general.
